JDB-40 Cast Iron Graphite Inlaid Self lubricating Oiles Bushing

JDB-40 Cast iron oiles bearing is made of HT250 cast steel with graphite lubricant. This type cast steel oiless bearing is a cost saving type of cast bronze bushing. It's also called steel graphite oiles bearing, cast steel oiles bearing, graphite plugged self lubricating bushing, oilless guide bushes and solid lubricants sliding bearing.

• Performs great for low and middle loads and low velocity operations.
• Excellent wear resistance at locations where proper oil film is hard to be formed due to reciprocating intermittent or oscillating motion.
• Cost lower than bronze alloy based bearings.

Mouting Suggestion

• Housing – Ø: Mounting bevel, min. 1,5 mm x 15-45°

• Shaft Material:Hardened steel, surface roughness < Rz 6,3

• Shaft: Mounting bevel, 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded

• Force fitting mandrel: The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
